- Oooh, who was it? That young lady that had so casually approached him! He could’ve sworn he had seen her before, perhaps at Saotome? Nnn, or maybe at one of the many social activities he attended? Maybe she was a fan! Still, despite being unsure as to who exactly the femme was, there was something the brunette was definitely sure of - he knew her from somewhere! 

Maybe.

There’s also the chance of that being an excuse to have a conversation with her. That’s alright, though, no? No harm done in wanting to interact with people! Besides, they were out in the public! Even if he was somewhat in the way of people, standing right in the middle of the sidewalk as if he owned it. 

     “O~HAAAAAYOOOO~~~!” 

Just like that, Reiji waved at the unknown lady, quite enthusiastic, too! 

She had been so lost in her thoughts, she hadn’t even noticed that she had walked almost right up to the older man, only stopping at his sudden exclamation that startled her into jumping back a few steps with a tiny squeak. Eyes wide, she placed a hand over her chest to calm her frightened heart, only to find it lurch in her chest once more as she realized just who was standing in front of her. She had only met the famous goofy idol once, due to Lady Luck deciding to play on her side when she entered into a raffle for a single ticket to a handshake event. Though there had been plenty of other people who had also won, she had made a particularly embarrassing spectacle of herself at said event when she had tripped over the hem of her long dress on her way up to his table and ripped it.

“O-Ohayoo~?” she echoed as she raised her hand a little in greeting, slightly confused as to why she had run into him, and in the middle of town no less.

   Fuwaaa~! Wasn’t she just adorable? The immediate reaction that was received from her amused the elder, more than it would’ve entertained anyone else to be completely honest. Features seemed pleased, furthermore, as orbs carefully eyed the femme in front of him; observing each of her movements and actions in general. She really was a ball of pure cuteness! As he took her overall features into account, everything returned to him - a sudden flash back passing over his visage as if her own voice had caused such thing to occur! This lady was the one he’d met not long ago at that particular event! 

Reiji really couldn’t help but laugh - he was just standing there, laughing at the sheer memory of her back then! 

   ”A-Ahahah~! Ne, ne, did you fix your dress?” 

Making reference to the prior event in between his laughter, though the sound - despite being lovely~ - came to an end, slowly… eventually. And the brunette’s facade was instead adorned with a warm, welcoming smile; a hand extended to offer it to the female after having taken a few steps closer to her.

        “A handshake in exchange of your name~!”

Sounds fair enough, mn~?
